Nestled in the coveted riverside Perth suburb of Applecross since 2011, SALT is a boutique agency with a focus on delivering dynamic, personalised property services that support its clients to realise their goals.
SALT was founded by leading Perth agent and SALT principal Glen O’Brien, who has spent more than three decades in the property industry, beginning his real estate career in his early 20s. Glen is also a keen property investor, a certified accountant, a farmer and has a private pilot licence.
SALT is now home to more than a dozen team members, each of whom shares Glen’s passion for property.
Dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of its many valued clients, SALT has built itself from being solely a sales agency to its current standing as a flourishing multi-service agency handling property sales, purchasing, project management, strata and residential and commercial property management.
