All strata matters are managed expertly, from maintaining accurate documentation and financial statements, to handling levy collection, managing maintenance and by-law matters, and providing expert guidance to the Council of Owners (CoO). We conduct all AGMs within three months of the end of the financial year (unless requested otherwise by the CoO). All strata funds are held securely in an audited REBA trust account, and we never accept insurance commission or charge additional insurance fees.
