Deep, multi-faceted knowledge of Perth’s real estate industry has informed Aidan’s progressive and proactive approach to first-class strata management.

His unique take on his profession comes from harnessing the learnings he gathered during nine years in the property development sector, which saw him successfully manage the development of small and medium sized unit projects across Perth, handle site acquisitions and advance into project management.

Aidan, who has a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University, started his career with Salt Property in 2019 to maintain the agency’s expanding portfolio of strata complexes across Perth.

With a strong focus on embracing emerging technologies and implementing robust systems and processes that deliver time and cost efficiencies to his clients, he brings professionalism, reliability and responsive communication to his role.

“It’s essential a Council of Owners understands that a strata manager is impartial and that my key responsibility is support and guidance through the complexities of strata management,” says Aidan.

“I take direction from them and my goal is to make it easier for the Council of Owners to fulfill its obligations in managing its scheme effectively and efficiently by helping them to seamlessly achieve what they want to achieve.”

Inspired by an uncle, he counts beekeeping as a hobby, a passion and a contribution to the wider community. He also likes to tinker with cars.
